Purpose

To serve the congregation by leading Spirit-filled worship with musical excellence while maintaining Apostolic standards of holiness, conduct, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Spirit-filled believer living a consistent Apostolic lifestyle.

• Faithful in prayer.

• Faithful member (and tithe payer) of the church. 

• Supports pastoral leadership; faithful in giving and attendance.

• Skilled in music (vocal or instrumental) and able to work in a team.

• Punctual, prepared, humble, and teachable.

• Understands worship principles and contributes to congregational participation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in weekly services and rehearsals.

• Deliver music that uplifts and supports the preaching and message flow.

• Maintain professional, Spirit-filled conduct on stage and behind the platform.

• Follow dress and behavioral standards consistent with Apostolic holiness.

• Collaborate with team members, choir, and technical staff for smooth worship.

• Communicate with Worship Pastor about readiness, challenges, or equipment needs.

• Assist in mentoring or training junior team members as needed.

• Weekly rehearsals and Sunday services.

• Occasional special events, concerts, or ministry trips.
